Aleigha is the Director of First Impressions at Cravens & Company Advisors, where she supports daily office operations and serves as a welcoming first point of contact for clients and visitors. She joined the firm in 2026 and contributes to the team's commitment to a high-touch, responsive client experience.

Aleigha earned her Associate of Applied Science in Business Management from Volunteer State Community College in 2025. She brings a strong foundation in customer service, professional communication, and operational reliability developed across multiple client-facing roles in the Upper Cumberland region. She is known for her dependability, warm demeanor, and attention to detail.

Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, maintaining an active lifestyle, and spending time with family and friends. She is also passionate about staying involved in her community and values meaningful connections both personally and professionally.
