Wayne Cravens
Benjamin Doty, CFA
Ben is the Director of Investments at Cravens & Company Advisors, where he leads the firm's investment strategy and portfolio oversight, including the proprietary Quality Focus equity strategy, multi-asset allocation framework, and private markets program. He joined the firm in May 2026 and brings more than two decades of investment management experience to the role.
Most recently, Ben served as Portfolio Manager at Legacy Wealth Partners in Tampa, Florida. Prior to that, he spent over a decade as Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Koss Olinger and Company, a multi-family office where he oversaw a $2.1 billion investment program for ultra-high-net-worth families and led the firm's Investment Advisory Committee. Earlier in his career, Ben held roles at Galliard Capital Management and Greater Bay Bancorp (Wells Fargo), giving him deep experience across private wealth, institutional, and bank portfolio management.
Ben holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Society of Orlando. He earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia, where he also received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He additionally holds a Master of Fine Arts in English from the University of Minnesota and maintains his Series 7 and 66 licenses.
Out of the office, Ben enjoys reading widely, traveling, and trying new things. He also values time with his wife, Noelle, and their two boys.
Sandra Wilson
Sandra is the Director of Operations and Client Services at Cravens & Company Advisors and has been an integral part of the firm since 2011. She works closely with clients to support account administration, operational needs, and a wide range of client service matters, helping ensure a smooth, responsive, and high-touch client experience.
Sandra graduated from Tennessee Technological University with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice. She began her professional career as a legal assistant and paralegal in Morgan County, Tennessee, where she developed a strong foundation in organization, accuracy, and client support.
Outside of the office, Sandra enjoys trips to the mountains, working on arts and crafts projects, and sharing time with her husband, Donnie.
Caleb Rouse
Caleb is an Advisor and Investment Analyst at Cravens & Company Advisors, where he supports the advisory team through investment analysis, portfolio research, financial modeling, and the preparation of comprehensive financial planning deliverables.
He joined the firm in 2023 and works closely with advisors and clients to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that support informed decision-making.
Caleb graduated from Tennessee Technological University with a major in Finance and a minor in Social Sciences. He has completed the CFP Board education requirement through Boston University, holds the Series 65 (Investment Adviser Representative) license, and is currently pursuing CFP® certification.
Outside of the office, Caleb enjoys golfing, traveling, keeping up with sports, and playing chess. He and his wife, Payton, enjoy exploring new places and activities together.
Taylor Stafford, MBA
Taylor is the Executive Assistant and Operations Coordinator at Cravens & Company Advisors, where she supports daily operations, client communications, and internal coordination across the firm. She joined the team in 2025 and plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting a high-quality client experience.
Taylor earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tennessee Technological University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She brings a strong background in executive support, human resources, and office administration developed across both public and private sector environments.
Outside of the office, Taylor enjoys playing the fiddle, thrifting, exploring creative approaches to staying organized and efficient in daily life, and enjoys being involved in local community events.
