Benjamin Doty, CFA
Ben is the Director of Investments at Cravens & Company Advisors, where he leads the firm's investment strategy and portfolio oversight, including the proprietary Quality Focus equity strategy, multi-asset allocation framework, and private markets program. He joined the firm in May 2026 and brings more than two decades of investment management experience to the role.
Most recently, Ben served as Portfolio Manager at World Partners in Tampa, Florida. Prior to that, he spent over a decade as Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Koss Olinger and Company, a multi-family office where he oversaw a $2.1 billion investment program for ultra-high-net-worth families and led the firm's Investment Advisory Committee. Earlier in his career, Ben held roles at Galliard Capital Management and Greater Bay Bancorp (Wells Fargo), giving him deep experience across private wealth, institutional, and bank portfolio management.
Ben holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Society of Orlando. He earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia, where he also received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He additionally holds a Master of Fine Arts in English from the University of Minnesota and maintains his Series 7 and 66 licenses.
Out of the office, Ben enjoys reading widely, traveling, and trying new things. He also values time with his wife, Noelle, and their two boys.
