Taylor is the Operations and Compliance Manager at Cravens & Company Advisors, where she manages the firm's day-to-day operational processes, compliance administration, and technology initiatives. Her responsibilities include regulatory recordkeeping, client billing, reporting, and operational workflows while supporting the firm's compliance program and helping ensure efficient, accurate service across the organization. She works closely with advisors and team members to support the firm's operational excellence and regulatory responsibilities while helping deliver a seamless client experience. 

Taylor joined Cravens & Company Advisors in 2025. She earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tennessee Technological University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She also holds the Certified Securities Compliance Professional (CSCP) designation.

Outside of the office, Taylor enjoys thrifting and participating in local community events.
