Wayne Cravens is the Lead Advisor and President of Cravens & Company Advisors, LLC, an independent advisory firm providing comprehensive wealth management, investment advisory, estate, tax, and business planning guidance to families, business owners, and institutions.

 

Wayne has nearly four decades of experience in the investment and wealth management industry. He founded Cravens & Co., Inc. in 1996 and later co-founded Cravens & Company Advisors, LLC in 2003 with an attorney and a CPA®, building the firm around fiduciary principles, independent advice, disciplined investment management, and long-term client relationships.

 

In addition to his work with clients, Wayne is deeply involved in economic development, community leadership, and higher education. He is Past Chairman of the Board and current Vice Chair of Economic Development for the Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce, founder of the Golden Eagle Collective at Tennessee Tech University, a member of the Highlands Economic Partnership Steering Committee, and a former Chairman and ongoing supporter of the Tennessee Tech College of Business Board of Trustees.

 

Wayne and his wife, Nicole, have two children. Outside the office, he enjoys golf, the outdoors, and supporting Tennessee Tech athletics.
